I was so impressed with the camp and everyone I met. Everyone was so friendly and happy to see K & R. Even though it had been a long and busy day for the staff they all stopped by to say ‘HI’ and give the kids a hug and a quick chat. You have a great staff and should be very proud of them. Camp Registration

Early Registration Discounts!

If your completed Registration is received, with tuition paid in full, by:

  • Jan 1, 2012 — take off $40/week per child
  • Feb 1, 2011 — take off $30/week per child
  • March 1, 2012 — take off $20/week per child
  • April 1, 2012 — take off $10/week per child

How to Register

The easy-to-print file below includes all the forms you need to register your child.

  1. The 2012 Day Camp Registration Forms, Health Forms, and Quick Answers print out together.
  2. Download, print, complete the registration form.
  3. To register your child, please return the completed two-page Registration Form as soon as possible with your payment choice. Both pages of the registration form must be completed and returned. The Health and Medication forms may be sent later!
  4. Health and Medication forms must be in our office one week before enrollment date.
  5. Return all of the above forms to The Ranch by US Mail, Email or Fax (please call us to confirm that we received your fax).
  6. Read and save the Parent Handbook for future reference.

Waiting Lists: Some programs and sessions may develop waiting lists. To hold your child's space, we need both pages of the Registration Form completed and signed along with a check or credit card authorization for the 2012 registration fee and deposit(s) for session(s) indicated. Registrations are processed in the order they are received in our office either by fax, email or U.S. Mail. Payments will be processed only at the time of confirmed registration. You will receive notice of the status of your registration, by phone if on a waiting list and by email or U.S. Mail to confirm registration along with the accounting and balance due. If it turns out that there is no space for your child, then your credit card will not be charged and/or your check will not be cashed.
