CAMP PAYMENT & REFUNDS

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per week is required at the time of registration to hold your child’s place. This will be applied to the weekly tuition.

PAYMENT

Payments can be made by credit card or ACH bank debit. You can choose how to pay at checkout, select a payment plan, and/or log in any time to make payments toward your balance. Payment of the full balance is due one week prior to each registered week. If you have not yet paid your entire balance for the week by that time, then you will be charged for any outstanding balance. If there is space available and you are signing your child up within one week of the session, full payment is required when you register

 

PRE-PAYMENTS FROM 2020-2022

For those who have previous positive balances, the amount of money pre-paid will be available for you to apply to your account for 2023.

 

ADDING WEEKS

Our Office can make and confirm any additions or changes by email or phone. If you already have an account and would like to add another week, please use your online account.  

 

If you are registering or adding a week less than one full week before the start date, be sure to also confirm with our office by email or phone for bus and group placement!

 

CHANGING WEEKS

A change of weeks may only be made by phone or email with a confirmation from our office that we have received and authorized your change! The week, program, or group your child wants may already be full. We can get your child on a wait-list. All payments and deposits are transferable if there is space. There are no additional office fees for changes or cancellations.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations may only be made by phone or email with a confirmation from our office that we have received and authorized your cancellation. There are no additional office fees for changes or cancellations.

Be sure to confirm cancellation with our office at least one full week before the date of registration so that the final non-refundable payment will not be charged!

 

REFUNDS

No refunds can be made through our office for deposits or payments. If you would like to insure your payments for a full refund, read the 2023 Activity Coverage Protection Plan letter.

ACTIVITY COVERAGE INSURANCE

 

There are a number of covered reasons for which you would qualify at any time for a full refund, such as your child’s doctor verified  sickness, including COVID.

 

To opt in for a 75% refund with the option of “Cancel for Any Reason,” the insurance must be purchased within 48 hours of the final tuition payment and goes into effect immediately.  To qualify for this benefit,  cancellation must be at least 48 hours before the start of the camp week.

 

DAILY RATES & MAKEUP DAYS

There are no daily rates or makeup days due to program progressions, group cohorts, and reserved bus seats.

PRO-RATED 4-DAY WEEKS

Four-Day Weeks are prorated. 

ONLY THESE 2 WEEKS:

Week 1) Tuesday - Friday, May 30 - June 3, 2023

Week 6) Monday, July 3rd | Tuesday, NO CAMP | Wednesday, July 5 - Friday, July 7, 2023

(No Camp the day of 4th of July.)

WAITLISTS

2023 Camp Programs and Weeks have enrollment limits. When enrollment reaches capacity, we can only accept registration on a waitlist basis. Waitlist information will show after you complete your registration form. If you would like, please call us to check waitlists in real time for specific weeks before completing the form.
