CAMP PAYMENT & REFUNDS

DEPOSITS

A deposit of $100 per week is required at the time of registration to hold your child’s place. This will be applied to the weekly tuition.

PAYMENT

Log in any time to make payments toward your balance, which is due in full two weeks prior to each registered week. If you have not yet paid your entire balance for the week, then two weeks prior to each week of enrollment will charge your card for any outstanding balance. If there is space available and you are signing your child up within those prior two weeks, payment in full is required when you register.

 

PRE-PAYMENTS FROM 2021

For those who have positive balances from 2021, the amount of money pre-paid will be available for you to apply to your account for 2022.

 

ADDING WEEKS

If you are already registered and would like to add another week, please use your online account and give us a call!  BE sure to notify us by phone if you have registered or added a week less than two weeks before the week. We can make any additions and changes by phone.

 

CHANGING WEEKS

Please use your online account to change weeks, or give us a call. You must receive confirmation from our office that we have received and granted your request to change! The week, program, or group your child wants may already be full.  We can get your child on a wait-list. All payments and deposits are transferable if there is space. There are no additional office fees for changes.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations may only be made by phone or email with a confirmation from our office that we have received and granted your request to cancel! If you are canceling, be sure to notify us at least two weeks before the date of registration so that the final non-refundable payment will not be charged. There are no additional office fees for cancelations.

 

REFUNDS

You may purchase Activity Coverage Insurance this summer to cover your child’s tuition payments, other travel expenses, and medical expenses for sickness or injury during their camp time! You must buy your Activity Coverage Insurance and the "Cancel for Any Reason" option before or at the time the final payment is made or at least two weeks before your child's program begins, whichever one comes first. Your qualifying documented payments can be reimbursed to you in the case of program interruption due to your child's medical reasons documented by a doctor (included Covid, but not quarantine) and a number of other reasons, too! The "Cancel for Any Reason" option applies only when cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of your child's program and pays 75%. No refunds can be issued directly from The Colorado Mountain Ranch. 

 

DAILY RATES & MAKEUP DAYS

There are no daily rates or makeup days due to program progressions, group cohorts, and reserved bus seats.

PRO-RATED 4-DAY WEEKS

May 31 - June 3, & July 5 - 8, 2022 ONLY

Four-Day Weeks are prorated. 

WAITLISTS

2022 camp programs and sessions have enrollment limits. When enrollment reaches capacity, we can only accept registration on a waitlist basis. Waitlist information will show after you complete your registration form. If you would like, please call us to check waitlists for specific weeks before completing the form.
