CAMP PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
A deposit of $100 per week is required at the time of registration to hold your child’s place. This will be applied to the weekly tuition.
Log in any time to make payments toward your balance, which is due in full two weeks prior to each registered week. We will charge your card for any outstanding balance two weeks prior to each week. If there is space available and you are signing your child up within those two weeks, payment in full is required when you register.
PRE-PAYMENTS FROM 2020
For those of you who pre-paid in 2020, the amount of money that you pre-paid will be available for you to roll over when you enroll for 2021.
If you are already registered and would like to add another week, please use your online account and give us a call! BE sure to notify us by phone if you have registered or added a week less than two weeks before the week. We can make any additions and changes by phone. Cancellations may only be made by phone!

The week, the program, or the group your child wants may already be full. We can get your child on a wait-list.
All payments and deposits are transferable if there is space.
There are no additional office fees for changes or cancellations.
Should you need to cancel your registration, payments to the Colorado Mountain Ranch are transferable to other
sessions or programs offered by the Colorado Mountain Ranch in 2021 or 2022, subject to availability.
REFUNDS & PROGRAM INSURANCE
Should you need to cancel your registration, no refunds will be made through our office for deposits or payments. If you would like to insure your payments to be able to receive a full refund, look at A+ Program Insurance.
DAILY RATES & MAKEUP DAYS
There are no daily rates or makeup days.
PRO-RATED 4-DAY WEEKS
Four-day weeks are pro-rated.
2021 Camp programs and sessions have enrollment limits. When enrollment reaches capacity, we can only accept registration on a waitlist basis.
