HOW TO REGISTER

​1. Create an account in the CMR registration portal.

(returning families can use their details from previous seasons!)

 

​2. Make sure you have read through the variety of different summer programs we offer and choose the one right for your child. BE SURE that your child knows which camp program you choose each week.

 

3. For all the information you need for a successful camp experience check out our Parent Handbook. Your registration form will ask you to sign that you have reviewed this.

4. COVID-19 VACCINATION RECORDS

REQUIRED: 2022 Mountaineers and CIT Campers must provide proof that they are up to date with their Covid-19 Vaccinations. Covid-19 Vaccination is NOT required for campers registered in the Explorers or Western Riders Program. To learn more, please visit our Covid-19 Protocols.

5. Download and fill out the Medication and Immunization Forms linked below:

Colorado Certificate of Immunizations (Required)
Prescription Medication Consent Form (Optional) - required for prescription medication to be administered at Camp
Self-Carry/Self-Administer Medication Form (Optional) - required for inhalers & epi-pens at camp

Camper COVID Waiver (Required)

Upload all required forms and your child's Covid-19 Vaccination Record or Documentation of Exemption to the CMR registration portal, or send to us via email or US Mail within TWO WEEKS of you child's attendance to camp.

ENROLLMENT DETAILS

Camp enrollment covers one business week (5 days, Monday - Friday). There are ONLY two pro-rated 4-day weeks, May 31- June 3 and July 5 - 8. You may enroll in multiple weeks. Sorry no daily rates, as camp features a full week's progression. There are no make-up days, as groups are in consistent pods.

 

PAYMENTS

Tuition for each registered week is due two weeks prior to each week that your child is registered. If we do not receive your final payment by Monday due date (two weeks prior to the time your child's registration), we will charge your weekly balance to the card on file. If you plan to cancel, be sure to notify us at least two weeks before the date of registration so that the final non-refundable payment will not be charged.

 

REFUNDS

Should you need to cancel, our change your registration, no refunds will be made through our office for deposits or payments. If you would like to insure your payments to be able to receive a full refund, look at Activity Coverage Insurance.

SCHOLARSHIPS

UPDATE: There are still a few AMERICAN INDIAN Scholarships available for the Summer Camp season of 2022. 

Marshall Fire Scholarship Success! All Marshall Fire Scholarships for this summer have been allocated. The Colorado Mountain Ranch Summer Day Camp was awarded over 60 one-week scholarships to children of families who lost their homes and belongings in the Marshall Fire. We are pleased to give these kids the Camp experience to look forward to!

2022 AMERICAN INDIAN SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DIRECTIONS

To secure a scholarship for Camp, please complete the registration form and indicate which scholarship you are requesting. When prompted to select the program and week for your child select the $1.00 Scholarship request. Do not select a camp program as that would require you to pay the registration fee. Once you have completed the registration application and paid the $1.00 please contact us via phone call or email. You must include your child’s name, the week you would like and the program you are requesting. Scholarships will be awarded in the order they are received. Only one week of camp per child can be requested at this time.

 

WAITLIST

Once you have completed your registration form, the spaces available for all programs and weeks will be visible to you, and you must complete a registration form to put a child on a waitlist.  You must complete a registration form to put a child on a waitlist. No payment is required, but please only put your child on your first choice of week(s). We will notify you by phone or email if/when spots become available. Please know that spaces can open at the last minute and it is important to respond right away!
