Saturday Schedule Flexibility & Time-off

We keep Saturdays reserved for hosted events such as weddings and corporate team-building. We also utilize this day for Ranch projects, preparing for the coming week, and weekly staff meetings. Please plan to be open to all kinds of different tasks on Saturday. Since we are a Day Camp for children and a residential Camp for staff most time-off is generally at the same time for the whole team.

TESTIMONIALS

My summer working at CMR was a pivotal time in my life. While at the ranch I built lifelong friendships with people I still talk to everyday! We still have an annual meet-up in Colorado every summer to share in new adventures together. The Ranch creates a unique environment where you can learn to be yourself.
