Dear CMR campers, staff, and parents,
With great sadness, we at the Colorado Mountain Ranch have made the decision to cancel all summer day camp sessions in 2020 due the pandemic. We are tremendously disappointed for the let-down to children, families and staff who have been looking ahead to summer camp in the mountains this year. Yet as always, the safety and health of all involved must come first.
Historical research, medical consultation and the unfolding situation all point to an unclear road ahead to recovery. Rather than wait further to make a decision about camp, we wanted to let you know now there will be no day camp for summer 2020. Our plan is to stay connected, emerge stronger, and be ready in 2021 with the best children’s summer day camp around!
The good news is that we are offering safe, outdoor Summer Family Fun experiences this 2020 season. Individual family groups may book a variety of camp activities, from horseback riding to mountainboarding and archery, so you can still have fun at the Ranch. For those who have paid camp fees for 2020, all payments are transferable to 2020 Summer Family Fun programs or 2021 Summer Day Camp programs.
